Croydon Business Awards 2011  in association with Barclays is a huge event developed by South London  Business, which rewards and celebrates the many dynamic and innovative  businesses in the borough.

BLC Property Services are proud  to not only have been nominated but to have also made it to the finals of the  Best Small Business category. 

The winners of the 2011 Croydon Business Awards were  announced at a Gala Dinner & Awards Ceremony at Fairfield Halls and we  would like to congratulate Croft Structural Engineers Ltd who were worthy  winners.

We are glad our efforts are  not going unnoticed and we will keep striving to make a difference in our  industry.

The  Property Professional Show (PPS) Awards 2011

The Property  Professional Show (PPS) is officially the biggest Property Event in the UK and  is held at Olympia this year.

We were  proud finalists at the Property Professional Show (PPS) Awards 2011 in  association with Estate Agent Today (EAT). We were not only nominated but  managed to reach the finals of two massive categories, the first being ‘Best  Agency Supplier’ and the second category ’Best Landlord Supplier’.

The mentioned awards are indeed some of the most  recognised in the Property Industry.

The  winner of each category was decided by a Dragons Den style pitch in Kensington with  some of the industries finest firing the questions, which included Nat Daniels from EAT  & Angles Media, Malcolm McCallion & Nick Leeming from Zoopla,  Paul Dixon – Auctioneer, Melfyn Williams, Estate Agent from Williams &  Goodwin.
 
  Following  the opening day of the show, the actual PPS was held at Grosvenor House Hotel  on Park Lane in London. The awards were presented during a gala dinner and  hosted by The Apprentice’s Jamie Lester, with live performances from X Factor  finalists, Katie Waissel and Treyc Cohen.
A big  congratulations to Key  Agent for winning the Best Agency Supplier, and to  Landlord Action for winning Best Landlord Supplier.
