Gas Safety Certificate

Here at BLC property Services we are able to provide you with a Gas Safety Certificate for your property.

Over the years a Gas Safety Certificate has been referred to as a ‘landlord Gas Safety’, ‘CP12’ and ‘landlord Gas Safety’, these are all the same certificate.

We can do this for you throughout Greater London, Surrey and surrounding areas. If you require a Gas Safety Certificate and you are just outside this area then please give us a call and we may still be able to help.

It is a legal requirement to have a Gas Safety Certificate for any property in the UK that is being let out and is valid for 12 months.

The Gas Safety Certificate will be carried out by one of our fully qualified gas engineers.

If your boiler is more than 3 years old and has not been serviced we strongly recommend that you have our professional boiler service carried out. This is designed to improve the reliability of your boiler and prevent your boiler from breaking down during the let.
