Typical Vacancies: Current VacanciesDomestic Energy Assessor – November 2011BLC Property Services are currently recruiting for the positions of Full Time & Part Time Domestic Energy Assessor. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITES: • To provide Energy Performance Certificates on properties being sold or rented • Receive training and subsequently be expected to deliver other products with our range of services. YOU: • Must be a qualified and accredited DEA. • Must have a full UK driving license, your own transport, and appropriate insurance. • Must have a home PC and a broadband connection. • Must have excellent communication skills. • Must possess good time keeping skills.
